We will do our best to accommodate students who meet the prerequisites; however, space limitations do not always allow us to accommodate all requests.

MGMT 335 Transcript Review Form
ONLY For COB Majors who:
- Have an approved substitution for any of the MGMT 335 prerequisite courses
- Are currently enrolled in any of the MGMT 335 prerequisite courses at an institution other than NIU
- Are requesting consideration for enrollment in MGMT 335 but have not satisfied the minimum NIU GPA or prerequisite grade requirement for enrollment
