Accelerated B.S. in Operations and Information Management (O.I.M.)/M.S. in Artificial Intelligence for Business (AIB)

The program is open to all senior undergraduates who major in operations and information management. These students can participate in our accelerated program, applying the credit hours towards both their undergraduate and graduate degrees. By taking and paying for the courses only once (at the lower undergraduate rate), you can shave time and cost off of your graduate degree, potentially earning your M.S. in Artificial Intelligence for Business within a year after earning your B.S.

This program leads to both the B.S. in O.I.M. and M.S. in AIB degrees. Students who want to complete this program must identify themselves to the Department of Operations Management and Information Systems as majors who will complete the accelerated program.

Eligibility

To qualify, you must have:

• Completed 90 semester hours (senior standing)
• A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Apply for admission to the M.S. in AIB program under the special provisions of this program and meet the application deadline.

* Please note that this program was previously named the “Accelerated B.S. in Operations and Information Management (O.I.M.)/M.S. in Management Information Systems (MIS)” and will appear that way in our catalog until fall 2026. However, you can still apply for the Accelerated B.S. in Operations and Information Management (O.I.M.)/M.S. in Artificial Intelligence for Business (AIB) now.
